It's only due to relocation abroad that we have to sell our cosy house. We moved to Woodford five years ago and it offers plenty of open spaces, walkable local amenities, good schools in the area and easy commute to Central London, safe neighbourhood plus excellent road connections. We did a full renovation straight away after we purchased and added a loft conversion in 2014. We have added many desirable features such as an en suite to master bedroom, made to measure furniture, modern fittings and we refurbished the open plan kitchen. We have created a brand new garden and have family dinners on a spacious sunny terrace next to mature jasmine tree, its simply a safe haven.
