A great opportunity to purchase this extended family home situated in a village location. On entrance to the property there is a porch which is ideal for taking off those muddy shoes after long walks before entering the home. The boiler for the home can also be found in the porch.

The lounge is spacious and bright and has a log burner providing an attractive focal point. There is also a ground floor cloakroom/wc which is a great benefit for any family home. The modern kitchen is fabulous it has double ovens, integrated appliances, plenty of work surfaces and also a matching breakfast bar. Off the kitchen there is a good size utility room which again has plenty of wall and base units, giving this home plenty of storage. Open plan to the kitchen is a room that could have a multitude of uses either a family dining room or alternatively a relaxing family area to appreciate those open aspect views to the rear. This room has bi-folding doors which open all the way up allowing the outside to come in.

To the first floor there are three good size bedrooms with the master bedroom having a walk-in wardrobe and the family bathroom is modern and has a bath, low flush wc, wash hand basin and corner shower.

To complete this lovely family home there is also a very useful loft space which currently is being used as a bedroom.

To the rear of the home is a decked seating area, the family garden and also a useful building which has previously been used as a music and games room and this room also has a log burner. Just outside the family garden this home comes with an extensive piece of land which could be used for horses, chickens or such like and would make an ideal place for the family to grow their own vegetables.

The views from this family home are spectacular and internal viewing is a must to appreciate the size and the location of this lovely property.

What The Owner Says
We love the amazing views from our home!

It is a peaceful location and is only five minutes to the by-pass. The neighbours are great and the village offers a local primary school and two play parks.

It is a spacious family home and has been great for the children with the fields and they have enjoyed keeping hens and horses over the years.

A huge benefit is the separate games room which is very versatile and has been used greatly.

With the beach only five minutes away it really is a lovely location.
