We have lived here for just over five years and we chose this area as we have relatives locally. We absolutely loved the idea for some outside space and have enjoyed having our friends over and spending time in the garden and catching up. This is a very good area for things to do. In the immediate area there are sports clubs, restaurants, bars and shops. However you can also reach the local supermarket very easily and trips into Chigwell, Loughton and South Woodford are only a short drive away. Sometimes I walk to the station which only takes around fifteen minutes, other times I hope on a bus. We have now bought a new property so we can offer this one chain free, and hope the new owner finds the same amount of happiness that we have had here.
