Description

The land comprises two separate pasture fields accessed via a track off the Byfield to Woodford Halse road with the northern parcel being on a north facing slope levelling off at the southern field. The land is fenced and bordered within mature hedge and tree lines providing good shelter.

The land is classified as Grade 3 on the Ministry of Agriculture Land Classification maps and the soil is of the Banbury soil series being well drained brashy fine and coarse loam soils over ironstone.
