Living here for over 30 years has been an absolute pleasure and I have enjoyed many happy days in my home and will treasure the memories I have had. The location was key and had to be in Ferring which is a village I just love.Whilst living here I have dome many improvements but I realise that my home is in need of a new bathroom and kitchen but not much else. Sadly as I am now getting older I have decided to move to be nearer to my son, so I can move out to suit the new owners. I hope they will be happy living here as I have been!
