Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. If you are looking for a two bedroom apartment, with parking, close to the town centre, then this one is for you. Being on the first floor has huge benefits - sit back and relax in the lounge, enjoying the elevated views over the stunning communal gardens. The location is simply perfectly peaceful and picturesque. Take a wander across the road into the beautiful Dunorlan Park where you can enjoy a picnic in the summer, grab an ice-cream, or for those who are more adventurous why not hire a rowing boat and enjoy the scenery on the boating lake.

The apartment is a great size, with two double bedrooms to choose from and there is plenty of storage including a huge loft space, a rarity for apartments. The kitchen is a great size too, offering plenty of space for those who enjoy entertaining friends and family. The lounge is lovely and bright with large windows framing marvellous views across the secluded communal gardens. The communal areas are maintained to a high standard and on a regular basis. For those who commute to work there is also an allocated parking space for when you arrive home, as well as parking for visitors - absolute gold dust in Tunbridge Wells.

Viewings are strongly advised to fully appreciate the setting and proximity to the town centre.

What the Owner says:

This apartment has been great over the years. We purchased it as we were downsizing from a larger property so the storage space and location really stood out for us. The loft space has come in very handy along with all the cupboards too. The location is great as it is so quiet and peaceful yet the town centre is just a stone’s throw away. The views out of the lounge windows are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed talking regular walks in Dunorlan Park; it’s just beautiful there. All the neighbours are really nice and everyone here is warm and friendly. We are only selling this property as we are moving closer to family elsewhere.
