Directions: From the centre of Eccleshall take the B5062 in a westerly direction, past the Church. Pass through the villages of Pershall and Sugnall continuing on the B5062. On entering Croxton, take the second left turn and then take the left hand fork signposted Woodwall Green. Drive through the hamlet of Woodwall Green to the next T junction and the land is on the left.
