I bought this apartment many years ago as I wanted to have a view of the sea and somewhere I could just step outside and walk to the local shops. When I saw this one it was just perfect and I knew I had to have it. You are only moments from the town and can walk to the beach in minutes. We have enjoyed many happy family get-togethers on the balcony from where you can admire the liners glide by on the sea. A real bonus is the parking which many places in Ventnor do not have, especially so close to the town. It is so convenient knowing you have your own space waiting for you when you need to go out. I shall miss living in my lovely apartment by the sea however; it is time to let someone else enjoy it as much as I have for all these years.
