The location of the flat was absolutely perfect. I also loved the fact that it was much bigger than any other flats I had seen, and was also in very good condition and could move straight in. I have therefore had to do very little over the years other than upgrade the electrics and gas. Now I have finished my studies, it is time for me to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
