Wouldn’t it be lovely to move into a home that is filled with character both inside and out and is also situated in a sought after and convenient location?

This quite wonderful 2 bedroom bungalow is as intriguing as it is beautiful. Once inside the entrance hallway you are greeted by beautiful solid wood flooring and this hallway sets the tone for the rest of the home. This is such a large space that has even been used as an additional dining area. The lounge is both bright and airy and is ideal to switch on the tv and relax in the afternoon.

You will find features all-round the bungalow such as picture rails as well as the beautiful tiling in the W/c that all add to the styling and feel of the home.

The large kitchen diner is a perfect room for preparing your meals. You will find the huge benefit of a covered walkway between the kitchen and the garage. This is handy extra storage space for any bikes etc. The garage is again handy extra storage or perfect for storing the car safely off of the road. The garden is bathed in sunshine throughout the day so you can spend your days out in the sun on the patio area.

The bungalow is in a peaceful spot but is near enough to Westgate on Sea to mean you can easily walk into town or even to the beach from here.

What the Owner says:

When I used to visit the area many years ago to go shopping or to the beach this is a home that had always caught my eye. I could not believe my luck when I came to view it. As soon as I saw the beautiful frontage and then stepped foot inside the large entrance hall I knew I had to have it.

The home needed a lot of work but since owning it I have updated it both inside and out and really made it my own whilst retaining many of the period features like the beautiful front door. Living here is lovely as I can walk into town easily as well as to the local cinema or beach to enjoy social time.
