"One of the best things about our home is the location. Stunning countryside is right around the corner, and we often go for a walk or bike ride along the River Wey and visit a nice riverside pub or have a picnic. And then there's Guildford and Woking both a short drive away.

It's also fairly quiet here being tucked away on a corner plot, and the trees around the property make it feel really secluded. The generous size of the rooms gives the house a light and spacious feel and we have an enormous amount of storage space that helps keep our home tidy.

The front and back garden is a real bonus - it's why we bought the property. Over the years we've carefully landscaped it to make a great space for entertaining and summer BBQs.

We have loved living in our first home together so much that we haven't needed or wanted to move for 10 years. We will be very sad to leave, but we know the new owners are going to love it as much as we do."
