- TWO BEDROOMS
- PRIVATE GARDEN
This light and airy two bedroom first floor maisonette offers spacious accommodation throughout with many benefits not normally associated with properties of this style.
The property features its own private front door with an area for shoes and coats and stairs rising to the main hallway. With a large window letting in a plethora of light as well as the attractive cast iron fireplace, the sitting room is a real feature with space for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen offers plenty of cupboard and work-surface space and the potential to open up to create one large open plan kitchen/reception room.
The bedrooms are both a good size, the main bedroom with a built in cupboard and further space for more wardrobes and perhaps a dressing area whilst the second bedroom is currently used as a study but would make a good double bedroom or perhaps even a dining room. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite with shower over the bath and glass screen.
Outside to the front is a large lawn area and a pathway leading to the side door as well as a seating area to capture the evening sun. There is a superb sized and useful brick built store and a side gate leading to the main garden. This has been landscaped to make the most of social occasions with a patio and shingle area, perfect for summer BBQs. The garden also offers plenty of space for an external garden room/summer house. Properties of this nature with the large rooms and sizeable garden are a rarity and early viewings are highly recommended.

"One of the best things about our home is the location. Stunning countryside is right around the corner, and we often go for a walk or bike ride along the River Wey and visit a nice riverside pub or have a picnic. And then there's Guildford and Woking both a short drive away.
It's also fairly quiet here being tucked away on a corner plot, and the trees around the property make it feel really secluded. The generous size of the rooms gives the house a light and spacious feel and we have an enormous amount of storage space that helps keep our home tidy.
The front and back garden is a real bonus - it's why we bought the property. Over the years we've carefully landscaped it to make a great space for entertaining and summer BBQs.
We have loved living in our first home together so much that we haven't needed or wanted to move for 10 years. We will be very sad to leave, but we know the new owners are going to love it as much as we do."
