PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Living near the water brings a certain relaxed lifestyle to any home enjoy stunning views over Slipper Pond to the front and Peters pond to the rear.

Originally an old pub, it could suit a variety of uses from a large family accommodation, a home with annex potential or as a bed and breakfast. With four bedrooms, three of which have an en-suite and a first floor study/ viewing room. Downstairs there are four large reception rooms, two of which have wonderful views. There is plenty of space to find your own piece of solace.

Watch the swans and ducks land onto Peters pond or the heron or fish in Slipper pond, from all principle rooms. In the winter curl up in front of an open fire, or in the summer fling open the 'French' doors from the formal dining room to enjoy a "Al-fresco" dining in the cottage garden to the rear. Potter in and out of the garden to the side directly from the kitchen.

With fantastic waterside and country walks from your doorstep and the advantage of Emsworth village centre living, we would urge an early viewing to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

We really do love everything about it. The views over Slipper pond at the front are enchanting and we love to watch the world go by and walkers on the raised causeway over the pond. The wildlife is wonderful to experience, with ducks, swans and local heron, always around. Its lovely to do the washing up with a view.

We like being able to walk into Emsworth and jump on the 700 bus to anywhere, plus the railway station is only short walk away. We have found a lovely property in the countryside and we will sadly miss this house.
