Ventonglidder is situated in a private, peaceful and delightful position just 7.3 miles from the thriving town of Truro. Truro offers a host of day to day services including an extensive range of leisure and retail facilities as well as castles, museums, Heritage Sites and fantastic range of schooling for all ages and genders. The farm is conveniently located within a short distance from the North and South Coasts which are mainly known for their picturesque fishing villages and beaches of the Roseland Peninsula. The Atlantic Coast is famous for fantastic surfing beaches including Newquay and Watergate Bay and the popular towns of Rock and Padstow are just 26 miles away.

Ventonglidder Farmhouse is south westerly facing with stunning views over its own land lying within a ring fence. The 3-4 bed property providesspacious and extensive living accommodation together with a well maintained garden, high in amenity value. Constructed in the 1890's, Ventonglidder undertook an extension to the front and rear of the house in 1980 which created another bedroom, a sitting room, back kitchen, utility
and farm office. As a result of this extension, there is now significant space in the attic which has potential to use as either storage or utilised into a bedroom.

The combination of a desirable dwelling with fantastic views, three cottages with good income as well as full residential planning use, traditional stone barns, modern farm buildings and 24.92 acres of productive pasture makes the property highly attractive to a number of purchasers. Ventonglidder could be well suited to run as an equestrian holding not only due to the buildings and land but the property has as a 60m x 20m grass dressage arena in one of the pasture fields. There are also numerous bridle paths with stunning outriding as well as three local, well respected riding schools.

Communications are good with the A30 just 6 miles away which links to the M5 motorway. Truro mainline train station provides regular services to London which is located 7 miles from
Ventonglidder. Air travel is also popular in Cornwall with an airport situated in Newquay about 13 miles from the farm offering both National and International flights
