Tenure: Freehold

This lovely modern end of terrace home is finished to a high standard throughout. The current owner has taken great care and attention in making this a house anyone would be proud to call “home”.

The lounge is lovely and light, with two large windows overlooking the rear garden. You can sit in here in the comfort, while watching the birds flutter around and maybe even the odd hedgehog or two. When the warmer weather arrives, you can set up your table and chairs outside and enjoy that big garden to the full. For those of you with a keen interest in gardening or a hobby which you are passionate about, then there is a large shed in the rear garden, where you can tuck yourself away and potter about to you hearts content.

With two really large bedrooms here, you won’t be short of space for the kids or guests staying over. The kitchen and bathroom are both fresh and modern, so there’s no need to lift a finger here! At the front you will find ample off street parking. Woodingdean is a great area for young families and for those that are a bit more advanced in years, with doctors, dentist and schools all within a short distance. The regular bus service will get you to town there hassle free.

This is a great house in a sought after location, after you view it you may need to call off the search! But don’t just take our word for it, come and see for yourself!

What the Owner says:

I really love this house, it is the fact that it is full of light and has great outside space. I enlarged the shed in the rear garden, where you can spend all day pottering about. With open views all around, beautiful sunsets and the Sussex Downs just across the way and in the distance the sea, I really feel like I'm in the middle of the countryside sometimes.

The size of the house and the position, are the qualities that attracted me the first time that I viewed my home. It is really well located and off street parking has made my life much easier. I have put a lot of time and effort into my home including a new roof because I was intending to stay. Health needs unfortunately dictate a move away.
