This apartment was owned by my parents and I lived here too. When they wanted to move I liked it so much I bought it off them. Having the garage has been such a bonus and I have put power and water down there and used it partly as a gym and partly recreational.

I also replaced the windows in 2004. I have always kept the property well decorated and replaced the carpets. I have only decided to move as my family is expanding and we need something bigger.
