I bought this maisonette as a first-time buy to step onto the property ladder and I have been very happy here. It has been excellent as it is so central to town and being a bit of a beach lover, I have been spoilt, as the coast is just down the road. It’s also been great when eating out with friends and family as there was never any excuse about whose turn it was to drive, as it’s with walking distance of the restaurants, so I could always enjoy a meal out with a few drinks and walk home in minutes. It’s been lovely having a sunny garden for barbecues and chilling out in the sun, but best of all my driveway and garage have been brilliant.
