We have lived in the property for a number of years now and it has been absolutely ideal for us. Being in such a convenient location it has been perfect to get into Sutton or into town, with two train stations being located within a mile.

Since being here we have kept the property in the best condition that we could, updating and improving as we have gone along.

It will be a sad day when we hand over the keys but know that we are passing on a fantastic home to the new owners.
