Directions - From the A55 north wales expressway exit taking the sign direction Caernarfon A487. Continue to Caernarfon then taking the Porthmadog/Pwllheli route until you reach the roundabout. As you enter Bontnewydd take the first exit off, signposted Llanberis/Beddgelert for about 0.75 miles. Take a right hand junction displaying "unsuitable for wide vehicles", continue along for some 0.5 miles and take a left turning. The land is located on the left hand side.
