Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Attractive from the front, its well cared for exterior hints at the quality to follow; Updated to enjoy by the current owners, it's difficult to pick out the best attribute to this home as there are so many to choose from. However, the stunning kitchen/dining room with its bi-fold doors looking out onto the delightful landscaped garden has got to be a strong contender.

Imagine spending time cooking and entertaining or just enjoying a coffee while reading the paper looking out and letting the outside in on a fine day. Giving a feeling of space and light with its pitched roof and Velux windows, the table placed perfectly in the large room and all the fitted appliances you could wish for. Ideal for a relaxed drink in the evening, the discreet LED lights inside and out, create a stylish ambiance.

With its flexible space, there's a study or extra bedroom you have the choice of in the front reception room or maybe the summer house as an artists studio. Elsewhere the rest of the house compliments and contrasts the modern extension with beautiful features like working fireplaces and refurbished sash windows adding that period charm which you would come to expect from a lovely, solid and well built property. There is also beautiful bathroom with walk in shower, sure to leave you refreshed for the day ahead.

Finally, with potential to extend into the loft (subject to any necessary consents) even the heating has been taken care of with an over spec'd boiler ready for any extra demand.

What the Owner says:

We have always loved the blend of old and new that we have here. We have stayed here many more years than we originally planned, as we have enjoyed life within the local community and because of everything the house and its location has to offer.
We love everything about this house. The solid wood floor and the period feel and of course the fantastic social space of the kitchen where we can just open up the doors and enjoy the fresh air and the lovely garden.

Our biggest concern is we hope we can find as lovely an area and neighbours as we have now!
