Marsh Gibbon is situated to the north of the
A41 Aylesbury to Bicester Road some 4 miles
to the east of Bicester, where you can find a

expending Bicester Village shopping outlet
and new Bicester Village train station with fast
trains to London.

The farms around which the village grew are
still functioning and much of the old village
remains intact. The property is within the
conservation area and lies in the catchment
area for the Buckhamshire Grammar School.
The village has its own primary school, church,
shop and two pubs. There are also many
organisations, such as the social events, PTA
activities and a playgroup.

Directions:
From Oxford proceed north on the A34,
continue over the M40 roundabout onto the
A41 to Bicester. Continue onto Oxford Road
and turn right at the roundabout. At the next
roundabout take the third exit onto the
Aylesbury Road. Continue on this road taking
the left turn after the railway bridge
(signposted "Marsh Gibbon"). Drive into the
village on Townsend and the property will be
found on the right hand side just before the
left hand bend.
