IF YOU LIVED HERE...
You'll be relaxing in over 1,000 square feet of beautiful vintage space. From the original stripped timber floorboards and parquet flooring underfoot, to the pristine white walls, period features and designer flourishes the entire home is bright, fresh and airy.
Room sizes are extremely generous throughout with the through lounge an impressive 25 feet long, plenty of room for the largest of gatherings or just for everyone to scatter about and do their own thing.
Other features include the decked conservatory at the side and the back, leading out to the 35 foot private garden - a mix of patio and lawn. Upstairs the grand bathroom is dual aspect with a roll top bath and separate shower and the master bedroom comes in at 180 square feet.
The shops, bars and amenities of Hoe Street are just around the corner and the open green spaces of Lloyd Park are just a few minutes walk to the North. Walthamstow Central Station, with its 20 minute direct runs to Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street, is also within walking distance.
- The loft is so far undeveloped, a development that is very common in Walthamstow, potentially adding a whole extra storey and making this a tremendous investment. (subject to usual consents).

A WORD FROM THE OWNER....
We fell in love with this bright and spacious, modern with character house a few years ago and are still in love today. Home sweet home. Whilst the pace of life can be tiring in London, what best than relaxing in a peaceful and quiet nest in the evening. In the summer, the garden is the ideal place to have barbecues with friends or to simply grow herbs and courgettes and flowers. In the winter, cosy and warm, we enjoyed reading books by the chimney or playing board games in the large dining room. That's just a few lines about the house itself... But not only we fell for the house, we truly fell for Walthamstow as well. Conveniently located near transports (bus, tube, overground), restaurants, The Village, Lloyd Park, its art gallery and festivals along with being just one road away from the outstanding Greenleaf primary school, the house is situated in a one-way very calm street.
E17 has changed a lot over the past few years, with more cinemas, theatres, independent shops, becoming more vibrant than ever, but keeping a place for young families with initiative such as Mini Holland.
It's not Marmite, you'll love it.
