When I first saw the flat it was the great layout, the parquet floors, original features and the wonderful view that made an instant impression on me. It had a good feeling to it.

It's west facing so it gets the afternoon and early evening sun which is lovely to come home to. Being so near to Seven Dials and the park was a big draw for me as well. I'll really miss the location, it's fantastic and so convenient for everything.
