The location was perfect for me and was what initially attracted me to the property, as I wanted to be within walking distance of the train station.Having lived here for 30 years I will be sorry to leave. I appreciate that my home needs to be improved, but this wont cost a lot because the flat is bijou. It is an investment for either a first time buyer, or buy to let investor, as the position is great with local shops and the station close by. The outgoings are very reasonable and you have a long lease.I hope the next owner will be as happy as I have been living here.
