A private driveway leads up to Talla Shee. Entering in to the property through the original church door into the vestibule with cloakroom off. A door leads to the entrance hall which provides access to a study/4th bedroom and an open plan sitting room/dining room which is the heart of the house. This magnificent room with feature staircase enjoys a wealth of light through the large south facing windows, there is also a stove with a feature stone fire surround to keep the room warm during the winter months. This room leads to the kitchen with Aga, then to a family room and adjoining utility with shower room. The family room and utility room are part of a bespoke extension built by the current owners in a modern timber clad style which compliments the historic stone of the original building. The family room enjoys magnificent views and has patio doors to the garden grounds.

The garden grounds extend to approximately 0.98 acres and are predominately split between a woodland dell area and lawned gardens. The gardens host a number of specimen trees and attractive shrubs as well as well stocked immaculately kept borders.

To the north of the house is a timber garage and adjoining workshop as well as a log store.
