Directions - From Inverness take the A9 road north to the Tore roundabout where you take the second exit on to the A835. At the next roundabout, continue on the A835 road heading for Ullapool. On entering the town, follow the road round to the right and continue on towards Lochinver. Just before entering Lochinver, take the right hand turning sign posted for Drumbeg & Stoer and follow this road. Continue through Clachtoll and Stoer, then turn left at Stoer Village Hall. Take the next turning on the left into Balchladich. Follow the road towards the shore until you see a large agricultural building on your right with a For Sale board at the gate.
