Our Time Here - The location was the main factor that drew us to this house, being close to Faversham but with a rural feel. It is lovely to enjoy the peace and serenity of the countryside, yet be accessible to all the amenities and good transport links. The view is absolutely stunning across the valley and the golf course, its a really nice, picturesque spot in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

It is a very spacious property both inside and out, offering huge living space along with an exceptionally large rear garden, which backs onto fields and countryside. The lounge is very spacious and has lovely views over the garden and beyond, but like most families we tend to spend most of our time in the kitchen. This was refurbished recently with new units and flooring and leads onto a family room that we like to relax in. There is additionally a sun room, dining room, utility room and an office with its own access and cloakroom ideal for anyone who runs a business from home.

The house has both a double and a triple garage, with rooms above and theres enough parking space for over 50 cars! One of our guests favourite spaces is the billiard room which has a full size snooker table, darts board and even its own bar! The four bedrooms on the first floor are so roomy that some of them could be easily divided to allow more bedrooms for anyone with children. They all have fitted wardrobes and plenty of space.

It is a great place for entertaining and we have had many parties here over the last two decades. A couple of years ago we hosted a big party for our 50th anniversary with a large marquee to cater for over 120 people. There was plenty of parking for everyone, outdoor WC trailers, and even a beer lorry! It was a wonderful event and one that we will always remember; we certainly wouldnt have been able to hold this in a smaller property.
