An appeal was lodged with The Planning Inspectorate which was allowed on 18th August 2016 for the conversion of Treskiber to a dwelling.

Exclusively Available - If desired and exclusively available to the purchaser of Treskiber by way of additional negotiation is an additional adjoining land - up to a maximum of about 2 acres.
Fencing - The purchaser will be required to erect a stock proof fence between points A, B, C, D, E, F and G as shown on the attached plan for identification purposes only within two months of completion. The fence to be posts at four metre intervals with two rails and sheep netting.
Rights Of Way - The purchaser will be granted all necessary rights of way over the first portion of the entrance driveway subject to contributing to future maintenance and repair on a 50:50 basis.

Directions - From Truro, take the A39 northwards towards Bodmin. On leaving the city, pass Penmount Crematorium and after about a further 200 yards, turn left into a narrow country lane (signed as a quiet lane). Drive for about 75 yards and where the lane bears sharply to the left, continue straight on towards Penmount Farm. Follow the lane around to the right down to the car park for Penmount Farm. Continue straight on passing the car park onto the driveway which leads down to Treskiber.
