What drew us most to this house in particular was firstly the kerb appeal, as it looks so attractive from the outside, but secondly we loved the size of the rooms and the huge amount of space available.We have used the house as a family home but it has been previously used as a bed and breakfast hotel as we are so close to the town and the beach.We love to be able to walk out of the front door and within a minute to be able to see the sea and the glorious beach at Viking bay. When we have family to stay they love to spend a day on the beach or enjoy an ice cream at one of the ice cream parlours overlooking the bay. We are looking to stay local but to downsize.
