Situation

To the west of the farm is Haslemere with its mainline station and extensive range of local and high street shops and amenities. Godalming is a little over 10 miles to the north and the County Town of Guildford is about is about 15½ miles away.
For the commuter by train there is a choice of Haslemere or Witley Stations. The A3 can be accessed at Milford providing access to the M25 (J10 at Wisley). There is excellent road access to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
