When we first saw this property, it clearly needed some T.L.C., but beneath the brambles & weeds, lay a potentially beautiful garden, behind the clutter and brick-a-brack was a well proportioned bungalow. Following much hard work its potential has been unlocked. We love the cool shady secret garden on a hot summer's day, & the view of the downs from the chalet. The station close by enables a meal or drinks in Shanklin, or visits to friends & relatives on the mainland without us having to use the car. We have looked after friends dogs & found Los Altos Park just yards away, a real bonus. It’s a lovely home in the summer time, as the inside & outside flows so well together. It make a wonderful place to entertain friends and family.
