Our Time Here - It was the fantastic seafront location that first attracted us to this property. It took us three years to find this house, and when we came here we knew that it was exactly what we wanted at the time.
Its a lovely spot to live, we can open the French doors and see the sea from our garden. You are able to see right through the house from back to front with an uninterrupted 180 sea view from some rooms. The house itself is bright and sunny, with a south facing garden, which is lovely.
We spend a lot of time in the lounge and the master bedroom, thanks to the wonderful views. My husband likes to watch the various boats and ships with his telescope. Its constantly changing out there, and there is always something different to see. The sunsets here are just beautiful and we often think that when you look out of the front, it seems as if the sky is bigger here than anywhere else!
Its very peaceful here, and although situated on a quiet road, we have found the house to be very accessible to many local amenities. The shops, the library, the station and the whole village is on the flat and within easy walking distance from the house.
We go on quite a few cruises, and when we sit out on the balcony on a ship, we say to each other this is just like being at home!, because thats the feel we have here.
This has been an ideal home, and we have been very comfortable here, but we are now looking to relocate to be closer to our family. We will certainly miss the wonderful views.
