It’s amazing to think that our family has owned the house for more than 50 years! It has been passed on through the family and has served as a great home the whole time. In more recent years it has been rented out and has served us well during all that time too.

It’s a great location whether for families or tenants. There are some great schools nearby including the University and it’s so easy to get into town. It’s a solid house too – no plaster board walls. There’s still potential for someone to improve it further so we think it could really serve as a great home to someone for years to come.
