Full description

Whether this is going to be a first time buy or a second home or investment purchase then I am sure this home will suit. The kitchen/diner really will be the hub of the home where you can all gather in the diner as a family in the evening and catch up on each others day or where you can get ready for work and school in the mornings. The kitchen is a fantastic size if you enjoy cooking and was recently installed in July 2015.

The utility room off the kitchen provides you with more space where you can keep the fridge/freezer and the washing machine separate. The space continue upstairs to the bedrooms. With the property being arranged over 3 floors each bedroom provides you with enough room to fit a double bed so you will not encounter that notorious box room here.

Outside the rear garden is low maintenance meaning you will not have to mow the lawn all weekend. There are a number of primary and secondary schools all nearby, the local shop is just at the end of the road if you do run out of those essentials as well as a Chinese take-away if you fancy a treat.

It is to be noted that the vendor of this property is a person connected with Ward & Partners as defined in the Estates Agents Act 1979.

What the Owner says:

We have now been here for approximately 8 years. As a first time buyer I was looking for a home where I could stay if we ever wanted to start a family. We fell in love with the space as the bedrooms are all doubles. The location was also important as we wanted to be as close to the village of River as possible and for our budget this was the perfect place for us.

The property did need a lot of work and in the time we have been here we have installed a new kitchen, re-tiled the bathroom, replaced the carpets in some of the rooms and redecorated from top to bottom. We are now looking to up-size as our children are growing and we need more space.
