We have now been here for approximately 8 years. As a first time buyer I was looking for a home where I could stay if we ever wanted to start a family. We fell in love with the space as the bedrooms are all doubles. The location was also important as we wanted to be as close to the village of River as possible and for our budget this was the perfect place for us. The property did need a lot of work and in the time we have been here we have installed a new kitchen, re-tiled the bathroom, replaced the carpets in some of the rooms and redecorated from top to bottom. We are now looking to up-size as our children are growing and we need more space.
