I have loved every minute of living in this charming flat and will miss it and the area enormously.

The location is perfect being only a short walk into Purley with its vast array of restaurants, shops, schools and excellent train links to London and beyond.

I have been here over ten years and in that time have maintained the flat as much as I could.

It will be a sad day when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owners but we hope they enjoy the home as much as I have.
