We have built lots of happy memories over the years in this home but now it is time for another family to enjoy and build their own memories. It’s a perfect location for schools such as Greatwood and also Morecambe High and we regularly walk to the promenade to enjoy the views and the sunsets, the great thing about this property is that it is not overlooked from either the front or the rear and it has been a great family home where the kids can run around in the family room as it is spacious and nice and bright. We have a lot of family gatherings and the garden is ideal for entertaining, barbecues for friends and family.

This really has been a very happy home for us and we will be sorry to leave, and the only reason for moving is because it is time to downsize.
