DESCRIPTION

Ranby Hall is a Grade ll* Country House dating back to the 18th Century. A fine example of Georgian architecture with additions in both the 19th Century and 20th Century. The Hall offers formal state rooms and accommodation in excess of 12,000sqft set in approx. 2.77 acres.

The Hall has a faded grandeur style and now needs a scheme of modernisation to bring it back to life and to create the perfect venue for the family and those that love entertaining. It could be the formal dining room fit for a banquet which heads into the ballroom, all taking in fabulous views over parkland.

The Hall could be suitable for corporate entertainment taking advantage of the flexible living accommodation which could easily be suitable as staff quarters. Master bedroom with dressing room and En-suite bathroom, guest bedroom suite complete with piano landing are just some of the fine features the Hall could offer.

One of the best features of Ranby Hall is the south wing which includes the formal dining room, ballroom and library.

Externally the terrace, has steps heading onto the south lawn with a 'ha ha' wall which opens to parkland beyond.
