We bought this property 7 years ago when we returned back from living in South Africa and spoilt by the fantastic amount of open space, we wanted to be close to the Downs.
It’s been fantastic being so accessible to London yet living in such pleasant semi-rural surroundings. We often stroll over Epsom Downs to take in the country air and enjoy The Derby.
Having a garage is a real bonus. In addition to this we have a hard-standing area where we park our second car.
This house has served us well. It’s cosy in the winter, bright and airy in the summer.
We find the local shops useful for our day to day needs and they are within walking distance.
