We moved up from Hastings and were looking for something large enough for a family, but also in a good setting.
We were very happy to find this home and whilst at the time it was a bungalow we could see that it had the potential to add to.
Since moving in we have added the upstairs which has been great. The kitchen/diner has been re-fitted in recent times too.
We'll miss the space, the amount of living space, the amount of parking and of course the size of the rear garden. It's been great having an apple tree that provides cooking apples.
The golf course is at the top of the road and there's a footpath just a two minute walk away too.
