OWNER'S COMMENTS The house was something of a project when we bought it. We focused on getting the right location knowing that we could make everything else how we wanted it, and that is what we did. The conservatory and the garden have become my favourite areas and, our children have long since moved out and its our grand-children who now need our help. It will be an out-of area move for us and so we are really looking forward to being close by them.  

OUR COMMENTS Rarely do we see so much pride, care and attention that is lavished on a home that is for sale. Stylishly presented in a manner that just has to be seen, this is a sizeable 3-4 bed detached bungalow with gardens that are simply outstanding.

While still remaining a bungalow the split level neatly divides the accommodation and provides a galleried landing that overlooks the kitchen. The kitchen itself is just beautifully fitted and has finishing touches such as a pull out drawer adjacent to the cooker, which is actually a purpose built "hot shelf" dishes coming out of the oven. A centre island unit and dishwasher are of course part of the package, and the laundry mess is safely tucked away out of sight in the utility.

The lounge is a substantial and attractive room with a stylish fireplace and is fitted with same wooden flooring that runs through the all the main receptions.
