Having lived here since the 1960’s we can honestly say that it is a fantastic home and area to bring a family up in. We have seen Loughton change throughout the years, Loughton High Road now has a lot of trendy boutiques and bars, but The Broadway retains a slightly more family feel to it and still has a traditional butchers greengrocers, offering families the best of both worlds.We also feel the property’s brick structure is an added bonus and are confident that the new owners will be just as happy as we have been here.
