Each site is sold with crofting tenure in place and includes a share to Gillean Common Grazing which extends to approximately 123.55 Acres (50 Ha).
The crofts are unfenced and it will be the purchaser's responsibility to enclose their croft with stock fencing around their property; in addition there will be a shared responsibility for fencing Gillean Common Grazing.

Directions
Travelling by ferry from mainland Scotland via the Mallaig to Armadale ferry, arriving in Armadale take the A851 north past the iconic Clan Donald Centre. Turn left after 2 miles following the sign for Tarskavaig. This single track road leads to the other side of the Sleat Peninsula. Loch Dhughaill is
on the right-hand side, whilst descending to the sites which approximately one mile to the right. The sites are clearly signposted. Each croft is accessed by a shared private track.

Travelling by road from the mainland via the Skye Bridge continue on the A87 towards Broadford, taking the A851south to Sleat. After 13 miles turn right onto the single track road as detailed above and continue on this road until you see the sites clearly marked on your right-hand side.

Viewing
