We moved here a few years ago and totally fell in love with the views. We had to do a fair amount of work outside to the terrace to make it a more usable space but this has been so worthwhile as it has given us the perfect spot to relax in and admire the views. One of the main reasons we bought was for the outside space as not many places in Ventnor have this. The property is in great condition and the kitchen and bathroom were replaced by the previous owners in recent years; you can literally walk straight in and start living here and it would make a comfortable home. Although we do love it here we need to move to be closer to work which is on the mainland but as soon as someone looks around we are sure they will fall in love with it as quickly as we did.
