Directions

From the Topsham office turn left mini roundabout into Station Road and proceed over the railway crossing and turn right onto Elm Grove Road. Follow this road out of Topsham, over the River Clyst and on reaching the roundabout at the St George & Dragon Public House, turn left at the roundabout and continue to the next roundabout - turning right signposted Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. Follow this road into the village of Woodbury and at the bottom of Globe Hill in the village centre turn left signposted to Woodbury Salterton. Continue out of the village and follow the road into Woodbury Salterton. Bear sharp to the left and after several yards Nutts Barn will be located on the left hand side.
Alternatively, from Exeter head towards Clyst St. Mary. Continue on to the A3052 Sidmouth Road and before reaching Westpoint, turn right on to Oil Mill Lane. Pass The Diggers Rest pub, the church and the school. Nutts Barn is found behind Nutts Farm on the right.
