Tenure: Freehold

If you are a first time buyer in search of a welcoming first home that you can just move into with no need for any further major costs, then this could be the one for you.

With 2 double bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, and a useful cellar room that would make a great gym, cinema room, study or whatever suits your needs, there is more living space than you may imagine.

The upstairs bathroom is accessed via either of the bedrooms, so no need to trudge downstairs in the wee small hours when nature calls, although the bathroom is complemented by a downstairs w.c. for that little extra convenience.

In addition to the modern kitchen, there is also a lean to conservatory/utility room, freeing up space in the kitchen by housing some of your appliances. With double glazing, central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom and good decor it has all been done for you.

It is situated only 0.5 miles from the High Street so all amenities are on your doorstep and if you want to treat yourself to a takeaway of any description you will be spoilt for choice.

If you commute to London, it is just a brief stroll to the station, jump on a train and you could be in London within 40-45 minutes.

All in all a great first time buyers house, just waiting to become your home.

What the Owner says:

When I was looking for my first home 2 years ago, I viewed over 20 properties before seeing this one, and knew straight away that it was the one for me. It was in very good condition, so I could move in without having to do anything. I also loved the location, it was so convenient; everything was close by which was great for my partner as when I was at work with the car, she was able to walk to the High Street and station. Since living here we have had to do very little other than decorate, and have built a brick barbecue in the garden, which has proved great for entertaining. It is now time for us to move on and for someone else to make it their home.
