When I was looking for my first home 2 years ago, I viewed over 20 properties before seeing this one, and knew straight away that it was the one for me. It was in very good condition, so I could move in without having to do anything. I also loved the location, it was so convenient; everything was close by which was great for my partner as when I was at work with the car, she was able to walk to the High Street and station. Since living here we have had to do very little other than decorate, and have built a brick barbecue in the garden, which has proved great for entertaining. It is now time for us to move on and for someone else to make it their home.
