The property has been in my family since it was first built in 1928 and we have made some wonderful memories here. I hope the new owners enjoy the house as much as I have, which I am sure they will. The neighbours are brilliant and I will be sad to move on, but the time is right for a new family to update the house to their taste and put their own mark on it.
