Directions - From the Penn Inn roundabout, take the A380 signposted Torquay and Paignton. Continue on this road until you reach the roundabout where you will see the Barn Owl Pub, take the right turn off the roundabout (2nd exit) and proceed to another newly built roundabout and then take first exit. Continue along this road to the village of Kingskerswell where you will see the village green and the Parish church on your right.
