We loved this property when we first saw it 30 years ago. We knew it would be an ideal sized house to bring up our family, with the added advantage of a 0.4 acre garden! We have spent many cosy winter evenings as a family in the spacious living areas downstairs that flow seamlessly from one room to another - which has been great on those special occasions like Christmas.

Our fond memories of marquees and parties in the garden for birthdays, christenings and weddings will remain with us forever.

We have enjoyed numerous walks locally and there are excellent cycle paths close to hand offering stunning scenery of the Island.

We have friendly and considerate neighbours, and both the village school and local pub are excellent.

It is now time for us to down size though and let someone else enjoy this home as much as we have.
