The fact that I have lived here for well over 20 years shows how much I have enjoyed it here. It has been a great family home and I have found the location to be very convenient. Although it is a quiet and pleasant place to live, all amenities are within a mile or so. I have done a lot to the house in my time here including installation of double glazing and gas central heating, and knocking the dining room and kitchen into one which has created so much more space. It is now time for me to move on and as I already have somewhere to go, I am able to move quickly so my buyer will be able to move straight in.
