DESCRIPTION 21 Eastcroft is a four bedroom semi-detached house located in a cul-de-sac location in the popular village of Blagdon. This property was extended by the current owners approximately three years ago from a two and a half bedroom property, in order to create a fantastic family living space whilst retaining front and rear gardens.

Full accommodation comprises; Porch, living room with woodburner, family room with open fireplace, kitchen / dining room, utility room, downstairs WC, four double bedrooms and family bathroom. Be sure not to miss out and phone us to book your appointment to view on 01934 862 370. EPC rating C.

Of course there is also great commuting potential from this location, being within reach of Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare and all the travel links they provide - the airport, the motorway and train stations. Although you don't have to feel as though you're close to the hustle and bustle whilst at home!

The property is within a walk of school, park and shops and there is an excellent community in the village, with many local events throughout the year.

Directions

From the A38 travelling from the Bristol direction, turn left into Ashey Lane (after the Holiday Inn and at the top of the hill). Then take the left hand turn at the junction onto the A368 and continue through the village of Rickford and up into Blagdon. Continue along the main road and take the right hand turn just after Blagdon Primary School into Score Lane and then the second left into Eastcroft. Number 21 can be found on the left hand side just after you reach the circular section of road.

Our vendor says ... We have lived at the property for 8 years, and love the great village, walk to school and light and airy house. We bought it because of the potential to extend, and in fact did so, creating extra bedrooms and downstairs space. This is a really active community with great walks, but we have now moved on to commence a new project. There is still room at 21 Eastcroft however for a new owner to make their mark!

We have noticed ... 21 Eastcroft provides a real family sized home! The current owners have turned 2½ bedrooms into 4 good size bedrooms, and created a kitchen / dining room to the rear leaving two lovely reception rooms in the original part of the house. The property has a lovely story about it as well, with Eastcroft's builder living there for 45 years before finally passing it on. This has been a well-loved home, and we can see the trend continuing for years to come!
