WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS SAY.
We've lived here since the house was built in 2010. We moved in on December 23rd and the TV was delivered at 6am on the Christmas Eve - it was a close call! We've really enjoyed living at the house and we have lovely neighbours. The estate is really quiet and you only tend to see people at either of the day, and when the local schools close. In the evening we sometimes walk into Sherwood, or get a taxi into town. The house layout works really well, I like cooking, so its nice to be able to spend time in the kitchen and not be hidden away from everybody else. I think the new owners will really enjoy living here.
